A hidden treasure of a place!

Absolutely fabulous weekends stay at the Rosemount! Beautiful rooms, decorated to a high standard. Gorgeous grounds and garden and one of the most fantastic breakfasts ever. The hosts are extremely warm and welcoming. Super high standard and highly recommended!

Met upon arrival by lovely hosts John and Lesley. Made to feel welcome and advised of local eateries. The accommodation consisted of two side by side studios en suite at the rear of the residential property. Plenty of parking available. The studio we stayed in was absolutely lovely, large comfortable bed, tv with Netflix and sound bar. Plenty of space. Beautiful furnishings and finishings. Room spotless clean with coffee and tea available. Bathroom with walk in shower and underfloor heating, greatl in a Scottish winter. Breakfast is divine an absolute delight. lovely menu served up in the coach house and cooked to order by John. John has a real passion for cooking and its an excellent start to the day.. What an amazing place!

I booked this b&b for some friends coming to stay for my wedding. Wanted somewhere really nice for them and local to where the wedding was. We were all totally blown away by it! On arrival the driveway, the first site of the rooms (self contained in their own little building and very private) and the beautiful gardens just left us in awe. When we saw inside the room it just got even better! So beautifully and tastefully decorated, well laid out and good space. It was more like a luxury little boutique hotel to be honest than a b&b. As for the breakfast part of it – simply delicious. A great selection to choose from and fresh and delicious ingredients all cooked right in the little self contained kitchen come dining room. This place is just divine – and the best part? Lesley and John,the owners, who’s service surpassed even their gorgeous home, and who just could not do enough to make sure my friends had the most amazing time. If you ever have the good fortune to pass through lanark and need somewhere to stay, make sure this place is top of your list!

An absolute gem of a place

I stayed for one night 28th August, whilst travelling on business and only booked this B&B as the place I had been recommended was fully booked. Well how lucky was I that the other B&B was fully booked because Rosemount is an absolute gem of a place and is top of the list if I’m ever in the area again. It’s faultless, starting with a warm welcome you receive, where nothing is too much of an issue, through to the beautiful and modern accommodation and fantastic breakfast. It’s a must stay place if you need accommodation in the Lanark area.
